the check-in process was absoultely a nightmare, taking 30 mins like it was a Broadway show. The room was unbearably hot, you’d think it was mid-summer. I expected at least a complimentary drink for such inconvenience but guess I wasn’t special enough. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't. Definitely wouldn’t reccommend this place.

The hotel provides a delightful free onsen experience, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The room was quite compact, making it a challenge to navigate with a larger suitcase during my stay.

Easy walk from Hiroshima Station. My room was clean and had excellent air conditioning. It felt a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. I appreciated the convenience of Lawrence Station attached. It was about a 30-minute walk to the A-bomb attractions, which was manageable. One downside was being charged 1000¥ for early check-in, even when the room was ready. The washer/dryer usage was continuously occupied, making it difficult to do laundry. Despite the small bathroom, I enjoyed the overall stay. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options.

Comfortable mattress and pillows offered a good night's sleep. The location near the train station made it easy to explore the area.
Room size felt snug—definitely not the place for large luggage. Confusion with nearby hotels could lead to accidentally visiting the wrong one. Limited amenities like no heated toilet seat or bar soap didn't elevate the experience much.

Impressive breakfast variety at the hotel.
Check-in took an unreasonable amount of time, while the room felt cramped and not suitable for larger luggage. I had difficulty with the self-check-in kiosks as they were slow and unhelpful, causing a frustrating start to my stay. The seating in the lobby was limited, making it uncomfortable while waiting for my turn.

Fantastic Location with Potential for Improvement
The location made exploring Hiroshima easy—everything was just a short walk away. However, the room felt cramped, especially with luggage. Consider packing light! The self-service check-in was a bit impersonal but the staff were on hand to assist. I hope they enhance room functionality in the future.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend in Hiroshima with great value-to-price ratio. The room had interesting amenities like a kettle and dehumidifier, which felt cluttered, but I appreciated the unique touches. Pack light for a more comfortable stay!
